Highlight the focused window?

Is there a way to put an outline or other highlight on the focused window? Often it's unclear which window has the focus - especially when mixing KDE, GTK and other windows (Webstorm, Brave, Obsidian).

Maybe there is something in the KDE settings? Thanks

This was a feature request from a few years ago but it was deemed out-of-scope for Karousel: #4

The best solution I've found is https://github.com/matinlotfali/KDE-Rounded-Corners which lets you add an outline around windows, and in my testing it works well across all window types (GTK, QT, Chrome, etc.)
