I think we should just discuss what should be on each file and update them accordingly at once :).

So what should the README.md contain and what authors.txt should contain. Maybe we can have all in README.md under different paragraphs

Im think we have to just merge all into README.md, exceptions only COPYNG, CONTRIBUTING, INSTALL. And also i have idea replace INSTALL on INSTALL.md (Modern style)
