"Connection refused"

When running python3 get_data.py I get:

How can I fix this and download the corpus?

Changing the server from aleph.gutenberg.org::gutenberg to ftp.ibiblio.org::gutenberg seems to work for me. See https://www.gutenberg.org/help/mirroring.html.
