[BUG] One Control friendly names not created

Describe the bug

When restarting the service fresh in Home Assistant the friendly names are not being created in Home Assistant.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Delete OC BLE devices from Home Assistant
2. Restart or install new version of BLE bridge app

Expected behavior

Friendly names from OC created when entities are created in Home Assistant

BLE Plugin Bridge Version: 2.6.2.1
Home Assistant Version: 2026.2.1
Plugin Installed Location Android Tablet
MQTT Broker Name & Version: Mosquitto broker, 6.5.2

Additional context

This was working in previous versions of the app and refresh metadata button has no effect.

Hopefully this is fix for real now. If friendly names don't populate try the button in HA.
