[Dashboards]: Admin can see everyone dashboard under shared even when not shared

Steps to reproduce

When you create a Studio dashboard with any user, and login with an Admin, they appear under shared even when they are not shared.

Actual Behavior

These dashboard conf were not shared globally

Expected Behavior

This dropdown should distinguish truly shared ones.
The risk is that this list is going to be very long if Admin can see all the one created by other users without being explicitly shared.

Maybe a dropdown divided by user who created a given dashboard or a grid to check other dashboards.
Might also help to have a way to tell who created it and shared with our current user.
