[Bug]: Opened a folder I'd previously used Claude Code inside, tried typing /resume - nothing happens - cannot resume

Steps to reproduce

1. Start T3
2. Navigate to folder previously used with Claude Code
3. Type /resume

No autocomplete for resume comes up, in fact it goes to /clear.

Expected behavior

Expected: /resume should let me resume where I was before in a folder with Claude Code before I started using T3 Code.

Actual behavior

No autocomplete for resume comes up, in fact it goes to /clear.
