Force Disconnecting the bot causes voice commands to stop working.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play a voice list command with a long runtime (arbitrary but long enough that you can interrupt it).
2. Force disconnect the bot from the voice channel while the voice command is playing
3. Play any voice list command.

Expected Result: The bot should connect and play the command associated audio, or block the command with a cooldown message.
Actual Result: Nothing occurs.
