Test support for different organization configurations that use other account types than Org/Account

## Context

Currently we have hard assumptions on the account types / workspace types to be used.

## Tasks

- [ ] Evaluate how we can be more flexible to also support other types of accounts, e.g. to use "projects and teams" instead of "accounts"
- [ ] For now, org as root entity can remain as a fixed assumption
