Describe the bug
After the conversion process is completed by the tool, the server reboots into an initramfs environment instead of booting normally. Despite the tool indicating that the migration was successful, all servers fail to complete the reboot and end up in grub rescue mode.
This issue requires manual intervention to resolve, as the grub configuration is not correctly updated during the migration process.

We would like the tool to ensure that the grub configuration is correctly updated during the conversion process to prevent servers from ending up in grub rescue mode. This would allow the servers to reboot and complete the post-migration tasks without manual intervention.
