Example of configuration / rules

Hi, I run a jupyter server for other users and on that server there are a number of example notebooks in a read-only directory (I don't want users to edit them). is it possible to use the ruleset system to configure NBI to use these notebooks as a context when answering queries?

Update - I think this might be possible using a filesystem MCP server. As per this issue

@batearedcollie you can use rules. and there is now built-in File Read and File Edit tools instead of filesystem MCP server.
