Fix desktop worker task layout

Summary

• Limit worker task text in the desktop recent-runs table to two lines while preserving the full text as a tooltip.
• Remove duplicate task text from the worker detail header and keep the task in the right-side details panel.
• Stabilize the worker detail header action layout so the edit and close controls stay aligned.
