Dependency override lodash 4.18.0

lodash 4.18.0 is deprecated. I don't have an environment from which I'm able to actually make the change right now (GH blocked from my work env) but it should be bumped to 4.18.1 (i would just override it myself but since the cli is a global install that's not possible)
