(Poly) aftertouch doesn't follow new parameter values until notes are retriggered

This was discovered while changing presets while holding keys down: When the patch is changed, the aftertouch amount does not seem to follow the newly loaded preset until the note in question has been released and retriggered.

Since loading a preset essentially simply sets all parameter values to their new values, it would seem that adjusting the aftertouch sensitivity does not take effect on voices that are already playing, but only when voices are triggered.
