2) add blog paths

The blog should have an ArticlesPage on the urls:
/en (showing english articles)
/es (showing spanish articles)

The blog should have an article page on the url:
/en/an-awesome-article (showing an English article)
/es/un-articulo-muy-lindo (showing a Spanish article

You can hard code the articles in a JSON file if you want for this step
