Bug: Cannot move bug from New to Active in Lerum

Summary

In Toki2, a bug card cannot be moved from New to Active in Lerum.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Toki2.
2. Go to Lerum.
3. Try moving a bug from the New column to the Active column.

Actual result

The bug does not move to Active.

Expected result

The bug should move from New to Active successfully.
