I'm not 100% sure, but I think this list can be added to pihole fairly easily, I am thinking about submitting a PR to add notes to the README, after I've attempted it myself.

After some initial testing with pihole. The best solution would be to get the list with the explanations but simplified formatting. eg

#stupid ai spam something whatever
badaisite.com
anotherpainai.com
