Stays #28 (currently R-approved, awaiting Marcos sign-off) amends ADR-001's §Bandwidth section but does NOT update the existing 'DDR3 SO-DIMM' phrasing to 'DDR3L SO-DIMM (1.35V SSTL135)'. The DDR3L decision is now project policy per Stays #29 (merged 2026-05-06). Options: (a) fold the L-suffix update into Stays #28 before Marcos approves it, (b) land Stays #28 as bandwidth-only and follow up with a tiny additional amendment for the L-suffix, or (c) accept the doc inconsistency and let the next ADR amendment pick it up.
