make canonical ConfigurationWithProperties

It would be helpful to have a way to convert ConfigurationWithProperties into a canonical form including the canonical supercell. When I map and import, the mapping results and ConfigurationWithProperties.from_structure may be in an inconvenient orientation that makes later processing difficult. There are already functions that can fix Configuration.

Would you like to help with this? There are a number of functions in the C++ library meant to do the operations needed for this, but they need to be incorporated and documented carefully and tests need to be added.

There are, for example, copy_configuration_with_properties C++ functions that perform the equivalent of libcasm.configuration.copy_configuration and libcasm.configuration.copy_transformed_configuration on ConfigurationWithProperties. I think the proper way to bind it to Python is to make the motif argument of the methods accept either Configuration or ConfigurationWithProperties and then use the proper C++ method.

Those are the most straightforward to incorporate because they will behave as any reasonable user expects and can be used in combination with configuration only methods manually.

Other existing C++ methods like make_equivalents and make_all_super_configurations that act on ConfigurationWithProperties use the symmetry of the Configuration only, not the properties. But ConfigurationWithProperties itself is not restricted or checked that properties match the symmetry of the configuration. There should probably both be a method to check if the symmetry is the same and then we need to decide if those methods should be restricted to when the symmetry of the properties matches the symmetry of the configuration, or if the symmetry of the combination is used and the methods updated.
