[Siemens Interpreter] feature request: handle/fill lastScanInSet and lastScanInRep similar to lastScanInSlice

Hi,

I noticed that, when using the Set label, the interpreter does not keep track of first and last markers.
For slices this works, the flag "lastScanInSlice" and "firstScanInSlice" are set correctly.

I can try to add this to my local copy, but I'm wondering if it makes sense to include this in the interpreter for everybody.

edit: I noticed the same applies for lastScanInRep. Especially when setting multiple "runs" in the interpreter it would be valuable to know in the reco when the current repetition is finished, without having to guess.
