Bug: Old monitored directories that haven't been scanned in over X days

Currently, old monitored directories that haven't been scanned in over 7 days are marked with a warning reminder
message "not scanned for the last 7 days". This ticket aims to add additional reminders for directories not
scanned for longer periods.

Task:

1. Update the warning reminder logic to include messages for:

   • Directories not scanned for 2 weeks
   • Directories not scanned for a month
   • Directories not scanned for a year

2. Ensure these changes are reflected in the Integrity Hash Frontend project.
