Update PWSS Libraries

Description:
Update the dependencies for the PWSS libraries and apply the changes to the File-Integrity Scanner backend. Additionally, update the relevant Java documentation to reflect the new versions.

Tasks:

1. Update PWSS libraries dependencies

   • Ensure all libraries are updated to the latest stable or release candidate versions.
   • Remove any obsolete exclusions or workarounds that are no longer needed.

2. Update File-Integrity Scanner BE

   • Apply the updated library versions to the backend code.
   • Verify that all functionality is intact after the upgrade.

3. Update Java documentation

   • Reflect the updated library versions in Javadoc and other documentation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All PWSS library dependencies are updated to the specified versions.
• File-Integrity Scanner BE runs correctly with the updated dependencies.
• Java documentation reflects the new library versions and configuration updates.
• No breaking changes or regressions in production environments.
