Missing 'The Python' in the <title> tag of index.html

Hello,

Currently the index.html has the title of:

3.14.0 Documentation

Which looks better(less confusing) if it's changed to:

Python 3.14.0 Documentation

or perhaps:

The Python 3.14.0 Documentation

(Whichever the devs/staff decide is the best, I mean.)

Other pages such as /library/index.html and /using/index.html etc. are showing the title properly.

IMO, the current short title is fine.

I would add "Python" without "The" and maybe shorten to "Python 3.14 Docs".

I'm with Terry here but would keep "Python 3.14 Documentation".
