Support "Authorize service" for pairing through cable e.g.

I was mucking about pairing (knockoff) bluetooth controller to my machine, when I was surprised by the pairing process for Dualshock 3 controllers.

You open bluetoothctl, connect it via cable, whereby it prompts you for "Authorize service (yes/no)?". Upon accepting it gets paired and works! ¹

I think we should support this pairing flow in bluetui too.
