could it support redmine 1.4.x or 2.0.x with rails 3.2.X?

I tested and found it could not support redmine 1.4.x, a pity. I think with the update of redmine ,it should be considered first.

The plugin is compatible with Redmine 1.3.x and 1.4.x. Currently we are not looking into Redmine 2.0.x support.

Support for Redmine 2.x, localization and no more manual source file editing:

(But this removes support for Redmine < 2.0.0)

PS: I renamed my repository and changed the git history to make a few smaller commits instead of one large one, in case someone is wondering
