. There are miniDP dummies attached to all of these boards. For some reason they’re not detected. We had a similar discussion about HDMI dummies. Recently as if some magic happened, dummies became recognized:

I can order a miniDP breakout and collect some logs proving that EDID is transmitted. I did that with HDMI, but the issue was already fixed by that time. I suggest nagging kernel team a bit on that. It has higher chances of success.
