improving resolution using via Unicode Braille characters

And thanks for this nice software! Personally I had problem on SoC computers without a GUI many times... So far I used rtl_tcp and a client computer with SDR# but solving this "on board" gives a more elegant solution 👍

Drawille looks amazing. I have not touched the Spectrum drawing code from the UHD codebase. I would want to look into it sometime, like adding Waterfall, enabling Averaging and Peak-detect, etc. as time permits.
