research if we could migrate the API (next/node/cloudflare) to supabase functions #21

Related but separate to radio4000/supabase#41, it could be nice to migrate our API code, so it runs inside supabase (instead of next/node/external-hosting).

If we do all this, then deploying a new radio4000 instance, would "only" be deploying a new supabase + frontend (inside supabase)?
