Some question about EXACT 09 Dataset and your dataset

Thank you for your work. What is the difference between the data set used by your code and EXACT09, What is the label of your network? thank you.

1. The data we use is from the DLCST study; this is a widely studied dataset but not public. You can apply for collaboration and access it.
2. The labels are obtained from the adjacency matrix of the skeleton generated from the binary segmentation mask.
