windows10安装toolkit失败

Rail.Map.Toolkit_25.7.1_x64-setup.exe

安装时，只要路径不是默认路径，就会提示toolkit is running。只要选择kill，就会出现截图上的错误
在虚拟机里安装也有一样的问题
