Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants. This includes respecting individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences—regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, education level, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

  • Being respectful and considerate of differing viewpoints and experiences
  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
  • Focusing on what is best for the community
  • Showing empathy and kindness toward other community members
  • Using welcoming and inclusive language

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others’ private information without explicit permission
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Disruptive behavior in meetings, communications, or online platforms

Our Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for:

  • Clearly communicating the standards of acceptable behavior
  • Enforcing the Code of Conduct fairly and consistently
  • Investigating reported violations in a timely and respectful manner
  • Taking appropriate corrective action when necessary, including removing or modifying content not aligned with the Code

Maintainers also have the authority to define and clarify what constitutes official representation of the project.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies in all project spaces, including:

  • Repositories and code contributions
  • Issue trackers and pull requests
  • Communication channels (e.g., Slack, Email)
  • Community meetings and events (virtual or in-person)

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project maintainers team. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. All maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter.

Attribution

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the CNCF Code of Conduct
