[Java SDK] Cannot Activate a linked account after creation

There is a major developer experience issue in the Razorpay Java SDK for a critical part of the Razorpay Route workflow. After successfully creating a sub-account via the API (RazopayClient.account.create()), there is no corresponding SDK method available in the standard, publicly accessible library (v1.4.8 on Maven Central) to generate the required onboarding/activation link for that account. This can be done through the dashboard but that takes a lot of work.

This completely breaks any attempt to build a fully automated sub-merchant onboarding flow and forces developers into manual workarounds or a complex, poorly documented setup.
