Add Contribution Guidelines for Contributors

Hi, I noticed the repository doesn’t currently include a CONTRIBUTION.md file. Adding contribution guidelines can make onboarding easier for new contributors and help maintain consistency. I’d like to take this up if the issue can be assigned to me.
