Cannot create or update attachments from Web Console

Describe the bug

I cannot create or update attachments from Web Console.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an entry with attachments.
2. Try to add a new attachment or update an existing one.

Expected behavior

Attachment is created or updated without errors.

Actual behavior

UI shows: Failed to fetch.
