Run Renovate directly instead of running a Docker container

Hi,

I've noticed this Action is pulling the Renovate Docker image under the hood and running a container.

Because the image has to be pulled each time, I wondered if there is a technical limitation to replacing this behavior with the native Renovate package, or if it just hasn't been considered.

Doing so would improve the performance and reduce unnecessary network load since there is no more image to be pulled.

It would be a pleasure for me to work on the feature if needed.

Renovate leans heavily on third party tools like poetry, gradle, composer, go, etc. How would address that if you just have a "vanilla" action with only Node.js/npm and Renovate installed? It could work for JS-only projects but not others.

Ok I see, so it is mainly related the generation of lockfiles ?

Because from what I observe, I can run Renovate from npx even for a maven project with docker and github-actions and it works, but I guess there are other cases in which it wouldn't work.
