CI Actions Workflow Implementation

I've created a CI actions workflow that runs tests on every PR and merge to main branch.

Todo List:

• Analyze project structure and test commands
• Create GitHub Actions workflow file
• Test workflow configuration
• Provide setup instructions

Analysis Results:

• Project: Node.js with Vitest testing framework
• Test command: npm test (runs vitest)
• Test configuration: Uses Cloudflare Workers pool with vitest.config.mts
• Test files: Found test/index.spec.ts with 4 tests

GitHub Actions Workflow

Since I cannot directly modify files in the .github/workflows directory due to GitHub App permissions, please create the workflow file manually:

Setup Instructions

1. Create the .github/workflows/ directory in your repository root (if it doesn't exist)
2. Create the file .github/workflows/ci.yml with the content above
3. Commit and push the file to your main branch

The workflow will:

• Run on every push to main branch
• Run on every pull request targeting main branch
• Use Node.js 18 with npm caching for faster builds
• Install dependencies with npm ci
• Run your test suite with npm test

The workflow is configured specifically for your Cloudflare Workers project with Vitest testing framework.
