Background

After we have conducted our interview, the interviewer and note-taker should discuss surprises and reflect on what they heard, then place their notes in the Discovery folder on the project google drive

Scenario: Team members debrief after an interview

• When I have conducted an interview
• Then I conduct the post-interview debrief
  • Engage the team (interviewer and note-taker) in a post-interview debrief to discuss surprises and reflect on what you heard
  • Add additional any additional notes based on discussion if needed
  • Open the Discovery Folder in project google drive
  • Create a Folder for the interviewee's name
  • Upload recording of the interview to folder
  • Upload notes to the folder
  • If you promised the participant any follow-up communications, identify who will send them and when
  • Consider updating the interview guide based on this interview here
