Discovery Round 2 — Insight Research, Identify Customer Pool

Background

We need to leverage our networks to develop an interview pool of Deans, Faculty/Department heads, faculty teachers, and students, both graduate and freshman/sophomore. We want 1:1 connections so that trust has already been established and we can quickly schedule and conduct the interviews for insight.

Again, the list of individuals we are looking for are as follows, 1:1 relationships with

• Deans/Director
• Faculty/Department heads
• Faculty teachers
• Graduate students
• Freshman/Sophomore students

The Customer pool will be put together based on this Review Design Challenge Question:

"How might we best promote and create adoption for a COVID-19 tracing app, for students returning to Louisiana state Universities in the fall?"

Scenario: The team creates a list of Contacts to schedule interviews with

• When I have identified a contact
• Then I add them to the Customer Pool Spreadsheet
  Don't share this pool outside of Revelry for privacy reasons.
• Then I can move on to Discovery Round 2 — Insight Research, Reach out and schedule customer interview #89

@jeremybrady they are staff that have been working with and teaching students within the Music and Theatre schools at LSU for a while. They would be considered Faculty teachers. We can probably speak to the department heads through them.

It would be easier for me to conduct the interview myself using the script. I can probably get them on the phone before the end of the day, record, and share. If I need to get Hauwa to conduct the interview alone, let me know.
