Branding - Change associated project repo names and any name references within to reflect name change

Background

nightingale-server, nightingale-cluster, nightingale-mobile, and nightingale-site all reference the old project name, "nightingale". We should rename these repo names to use "riddell", as well as changing any code within the repos to reflect the name change. This very well could be a small milestone, given the scope.
