Discovery - Reactive Contact Tracing - Interviews and Validation Boards #95
Description
Background
We are diving into The current processes for reactive contact tracing using Salesforce. The Design Challenge question has been defined and is below. We'll use this issue to track out interviews and capture all of our output into the correct places in the Gdrive by following the checklist in the Scenario.
Design Challenge:
How might we best optimize the 30-50 mins we have someone, during testing, too;
- Better phone number veracity
- Nudge cases to get in touch with contacts - share status (I’m Sick); get them to sign up for symptom monitoring or something like this…
- Nudge people to wear masks better, stay away from people (better social distancing)
- Start the process for them to do contact tracing (Maybe a worksheet)
Scenario: Revelers interview candidates and capture output
- Schedule Interviews and Add Names to the Google Sheet
- Enlist a Scribe/Note Taker for the Interview and add them to the calendar invite
- Conduct Interview with the Script
- Place Interview notes in a Folder for the Interviewee here
- Fill Out a copy of this Validation Board for each Candidate Interviewed
- Place created Validation Boards in this folder
- Comment on this issue when each Validation Board is completed
- Review everyone's Validation Boards
