Command to open Better Launchpad

Im frustrated when I have to navigate to the dock to open an app

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Id like to be able to use ctrl+space or some other command to open better launchpad -- and the same command to hide it

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Other easier ways to open better launchpad -- like in the menu bar
