FYI Only: This is an announcement of a fork of this library.

It is the latest version of the original fork I authored using reverse engineering of the FranklinWH mobile app traffic HTTPS captures.

It is the opposite of this lean focused library - lots of functionality many may never need or use!

Since, the original monothlic version - I decided to to engage AI coding agents to help modularise the expand key functionality further. Plus help automate some of the testing.

Further testing is required by others to eliminate defects, errors and omissions, etc.

History and upstream strategy (now out of date somewhat).

I have implemented this library and the Modbus TCP one to integrate into a Home Assistant (or other platforms) via use of the HA MQTT Discovery Protocol...via Home Assistant App/Addon... This approach has pros and cons...some complexity - but these libraries are functional.
