This seems like quite a good QOL update from @gavrielrh with minimal implications on the system. Why close? |

Whoops, I closed a number of dependabot PRs (I'll consider them later on once I've worked with and know more about the website), and must've left this one checked by accident. |

In order to allow for more recent versions of node, we must update node-sass (https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-sass).
This PR pins node-sass at ^4.14.0 so that we have access to node versions 11~14+, rather than being stuck on node10.
