Create Log File for Each Run

It would be beneficial to create and persist a log file every time the job runs so that it's possible to keep historical records of jobs run, and what happened. The current UI output would probably be fine to start, and then perhaps include general behavioral characteristics like

• which API Key was used
• a summary of counts
• total runtime
• errors/issues (which might already be part of the output, idk)

There are probably other items, but that'd be great to start.

This sounds like a worthwhile addition Kyle. Do you have a specific use case in mind and with that a particular formatting you'd like to see? Logging is a bit all over the place right now tbh and mostly there to help me troubleshoot.
