GUI implementation

Create a GUI for Buggify to make it easier for the end users. Tkinter/QT etc.

GUI features:

• A simple window to choose the file
• choose the destination directory
• number of bugs
• a checkbox for which bugs to implement

I am working on this with my new update. I am probably going to add a command line argument called "--gui" which would then launch the GUI window, we also could create a windows executable file so that it would be easier to run. I will write the code in a way that it would be easy to copy paste into a file where we can run py-installer on it.

Edit:

New PR has an example GUI of what we could do.... I am open to switching up the color or anything like that as I am not really an artist :-)

To run the GUI type the command python3 Buggify.py -GUI yes
