Hi. I am using your nice ExtIO_RTLTCP.dll on my Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon system together with rtl_tcp and HDSDR. Works well so far. However, I have the following questions:
On Windows, I have a special version of the ExtIO_RTL.dll file ("ExtIO_RTLSDR_u8.dll") which enables automatic switching to direct sampling Q mode for frequencies below 24 MHz, and back to direct sampling off when tuning to any frequency above 24 MHz. Would it be possible that you include something like that in your ExtIO_RTLTCP.dll?
I just found out that when manually switching to direct sampling Q mode, sometimes the AGC of my RTL-SDR tuner seems to be not properly working. Any idea? Is there any way to set the gain level manually? (On Windows I have a slider and two switch boxes to enable/disable tuner and digital AGC. But with your .dll there is no slider.
Would be nice to receive an answer from you. You can contact me also via email. Find my email address on QRZ.com.
