Bug: Subtitles missing or very large in Alpha Player

Describe the bug
When viewing videos on Alpha Player with subtitles, they are either not showing up (separate .srt file exists) or appearing very large (using the embedded subtitles).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any video that has a separate .srt file or embedded subtitle
2. Press "North" to enable subtitles
3. See error

Expected behavior
I expect the video file to use the separate .srt file or the embedded video and have it render at an appropriate size or have the ability to control the size.

• Device: Raspberry Pi 5 4GB
• OS version: v1.6.7
• Storage: SD
• Power adapter: e.g. Raspberry Pi official
• Captured through a CRT

Additional notes
It was working better in previous versions where I had control over the size.

Please create sepparated issues for srt and font size.
In both cases, please provide a video sample or at least the full video codec information becasue there are docens of sub formats and I cannot reproduce the issue with any of the many sample videos that I use.
