Create, test and reploy models with dependencies (RequiredModules)

There are modules that have RequiredModules on the monfest.
Due to the way PowerShellGet work, the requred modules have to be installed before the module manifest is updated or published to PsGallery.

Installing the required module is also needed for testing.

Ensure that in all this processes the module is installed in advance.
