[BUG] Mail data is not deleted when account is deleted

1. Create a local account
2. Upload mails via bichon-cli (from Thunderbird)
3. Delete local account

Issue Description

What is the problem you encountered?

The account was deleted, but the mail data seems to stick around, based on the disk usage (still 4.57 GB where the original size is only 1.77 GB from the two other remaining accounts). However, the emails do not appear in any search. They are not accessible but still take up space.

I expected it to be deleted on the next cleanup but nothing happened so far (in about a week).

This space might be because Fjall has not yet garbage collected the values from the separated storage; the rewrite and reclamation will only be triggered when the garbage ratio reaches 50%.

Since I only had 1.2 GB of data before I added the third account and there are now more than 4.5 GB the garbage amount should be significantly higher than 50%. Or what is the garbage ratio referring to?

The underlying storage is built on Fjall, a KV-separated database that saves values into blob files. Deletion is a two-step process: data is first marked as deleted (tombstoned). To reclaim space, a blob file will not be rewritten until at least 50% of its data has been marked for deletion.
