MDFF with gridcoupling based on local resolution map

@maxscheurer wrote a script to adapt the gridcoupling of different regions of one MDFF run based on the respective local resolution.

This function should be enabled. I would suggest as an option for the mdff module.

@maxscheurer can you check if this script is already included in the ModelMaker scripts folder or if you still have it somewhere else. Unfortunately I cannot find it whithin my files :(

Sure, this is already contained in the code.
