'Placeholder' issue

When I run the code I get the following message:

I think you are using tensorflow version 2. The code that is provided here was written in tensorflow 1.4. So you should install the tensorflow 1.4. Or you can use the following code :

import tensorflow.compat.v1 as tf
tf.disable_v2_behavior()
